Esko Rajala (1953) is a management consultant for 20 years. In his work the
development of human processes, leadership and work methods play a central role. For
more then ten years he uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to develop people
and their common understanding in teams. Esko works with management and teamwork
in both industrial and service organizations.

JJouko van der Mast consults educational institutes and other organizations about the
development of their organization and their people. As consultant and interim-manager
Jouko chooses a realistic approach for managing change; close to the people and their
