Esko Rajala (1953) is a management consultant for 20 years. In his work the
development of human processes, leadership and work methods play a central role. For
more then ten years he uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to develop people
and their common understanding in teams. Esko works with management and teamwork
in both industrial and service organizations.
