The next network meeting of Performability and its partners is planned from 15-18 February 2012. The meeting will take place in The Netherlands. The Network this time will also welcome several international guests for an expert meeting on teamwork.
Op 2 februari 2012 maken Performability en Fresh TV een bijzonder web tv programma op het Event Duurzaam in je werk. Je kan die dag met je team meedoen aan een spetterende tv opname, waarin je team zich van zijn beste kant kan laten zien.
Op 17 mei schetsen de Strategisch HRM-trainees van het ROI een hoopgevend beeld voor de publieke sector waarin weer ruimte is om adem te halen. Een toekomst waarin reorganisaties overbodig zijn omdat continu meebewegen met de veranderende omgeving de status quo is en op natuurlijke wijze gebeurt.
The demands on teamwork are boosting in organizations, due to tougher competition, increasing complexity of stakeholder relationships, new labor contracts and arrangements and participation in (international) networks and alliances. This also raises higher expectations about the flexibility, learning capacity and performance of teams and team members in these organizations. The call for appealing examples of teams surviving and excelling under extreme circumstances, thus, increases as well.
