Performability is a concept that directly relates teamwork to team results.
The instruments used for that are easy to apply and are directly linked to
concrete performance measures.

Measurement

In short, the Performability Scan measures soft issues and relates them to
hard outputs. This is the basis for a result-oriented development of team
performances. This scan very accurately measures the three dimensions of
team processes. Each of these dimensions has clear positive effects on
hard performance measures such as quality, costs, absenteeism and well-
being.

Process

All members of a team fill out our web-based survey or a paper form.
Performability will also help you to measure your key-performance indicators,
the effectiveness of leadership styles and other important inputs to teamwork.
After processing these data, we are able to create a complete picture of the
team’s development and performance. Strengths and opportunities to develop
are easily high-lighted. Some of these appear to be the same for many teams
in an organization, whereas others are very team specific.
